A striking body of data shows that having higher levels of vitamin D in your blood may lower the risk of developing Multiple sclerosis significantly. Researchers from Harvard School of Public Health examined more than 7 million U.S Military personel who's serum samples were stored in the Department of Defense Serum Repository they correlated each individuals vitamin D levels.
Those with high Vitamin D levels were least likely to develop MultipleSclerosis later on in life.
