Sleep , N.A.S.A. and Lux lights.

Sleep, restful sleep is paramount to your health.
How do you sleep on vacation in Florida? Great! Why? the sun, the role of sunlight and insomnia.

"1995 N.A.S.A. scientists adjusted the circadian rhythms of workers away from 12hours sun/ 12 hour dark schedule to acclimate them to the demands of work cycle/ using 10,000 lux lights, treatment subjects reported bettter sleep, performance,physcial and emotional well being, the literature on the use of natural grow lights to treat SEASONAL AFFECTIVE DISORDER or (S.A.D.) and its concomitant sleep problem.
